I can't be coy. Look at the Koi fish manicure I got at TJ Nails today. Julie absolutely nailed it. Pun intended! The pink natural nail bed, the blue sparkly water, the bubbles! This is artwork. Not just a manicure. Julie won't be in Greeneville for 6 whole months after the 2nd week of September. You better book your appointment soon if you want a masterpiece manicure.
